Cardpool - $50 egft card not accepted at Old Navy

this is my 3rd attempt at rating my opinion. I tried 3 times and waited and waited for a response to the live chat (they said 3 people were available for chat). I give up. $50 down the drain and never again.

Unable to use gift cards for Regal Cinema.

Now that the theaters have reopened, I hoped to use the gift cards I had for Regal. When I attempted to confirm the amount on the cards, the numbers were not valid. What am I to do?

Old Navy card not accepted

Old Navy card #600...wasn't accepted but I'm sure I haven't use that gift card for $50. They told me to send an email. ??? I did and haven't received any credit or information in regard to my question.

Tried to sell a gift card on their website. Entered gift card details, checking account info and contact info, waited for text verification code to arrive on my phone. It didnt, so I selected resend code button. Got cant resent code message. No further instructions on page. Tried customer service phone number listed on their website but it cannot be completed as dialed. Selected Contact Us on website and was redirected to a Zendesk error page: Oops, this help center no longer exists. So now they have my checking account details but I have no way of contacting them. NICE.

I purchased several Pottery Barn e gift cards from Cardpool in February 2020. Due to the pandemic I did not use them. When I got them I checked to see if they had proper balances. They did. Last week before I used them I checked again and all were still good except the Pottery Barn site said two of them were void. Cardpool has refused to honor its one year warranty indicating the cards were good when they sold them so I must have done something to cause them to be void. That is in effect a one day not one year warranty. What really happened is they never got the plastic card and whoever sold the info to them used it or sold it again in either event it got used before I could use mine. They recently changed their warranty to 60 days I suspect to better protect themselves from those issues but my very clear warranty was one year. I am considering a class action lawsuit if there are others out there being ripped of by Cardpool.

Yes I received a bunch of gift card numbers and pins for GameStop card numbers and pins Burger King Best buy and not a single one of those that my grandma had bought and you all sent to her which she sent to me worked so I'm thinking since she's now dead and gone that I need a complete and total exchange for new working gift card #s or 100% full cash refund

I bought 3 Ann Taylor gift cards each with the value of $20. From the very beginning I felt like there is something wrong with these gift cards because the numbering was off. AND they don't work neither in store nor online and I have tried them in 5 different store locations and they all told me. Yeah we have seen a surge of scam gift cards that costumers bring and they all bought them from Cardpool. Another day I was trying to use another ihop gift card that I bought from them and I faced the same issue. So, apparently they were doing good up to a point but now they have given up and sell empty gift cards, they have definitely become a complete FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHAT A SHAME!!! when I contacted them about their empty gift cards. They told me they were full upon arrival and you must have used them and not remember. Or somebody had access to them and used them without your knowledge and we are not responsible!! THE CLASSIC LIAR! because the gift cards are e-gift cards and in their app when I press check the balance it shows $20 in each gift card!!!! SO HOW DID I/OR AN IMAGINARY THIEF USE THEM BUT YOUR APP SAYS THERE IS MONEY IN THEM?!!

I bought two Pottery Barn gift cards from you in February which were good then but now Pottery Barn says they are void. I was told by your customer service that since good the day I got them you will not refund my money. That is a one day warranty not a one year warranty as promised.

I sold a $50 gift card to Cardpool. The offer was $33.62. I opted to receive payment by MoneyGram for a $10 fee. Total I was owed was $23.62. I only received $13.62. It appears they charged the $10 fee twice. I’m still owed $10
